● Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Quality Management) or equivalent work experience.● Proven experience in quality assurance roles, preferably in a manufacturing/development/service environment.● Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and techniques.● Familiarity with industry-specific quality standards and regulations.● Proficient in conducting root cause analysis, implementing corrective actions, and driving continuous improvement.● Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.● Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.● Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.● Certifications such as Certified Quality Auditor (CQA) or Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) are desirable.● Experience with quality management systems and software tools is a plus.
